Cancellation Policy

By accepting tuition from BioScience Tuition you agree to the following cancellation policy:

1. BioScience Tuition will agree a weekly day/time timetabled lesson(s) with the parent/carer during the initial telephone consultation.  That session(s) time is reserved for the student and it is expected that the student will attend that session each week.
2. Parent / carers are free to end tuition at any point, giving at least 1 weeks  notice, but preferably as much notice as possible.
3. Parents / carers are to let BioScience Tuition know if they do or do not want their tuition to continue during school holidays.  There may also the option to request additional booster tuition sessions during school holidays.
4. If students are unable to attend a session, parent / carers should  give as much notice as possible.  This allows this session to be offered to another student and an alternative session offered if possible.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full tuition fee will be charged.  
5. If a parent / carer regularly cancels their weekly session, BioScience Tuition reserves the right to cancel their tuition and to offer the session to another student.
6. If a student is late to a session or does not show, they will still be charged for the full session.
7. There may be occasions where BioScience Tuition has to cancel a session in which case at least 24 hours notice will be given and an alternative session offered if possible.
